Ms. Hsu brings over 25 years of hospital clinical nursing experience, with more than 15 years dedicated to maternal and newborn care. She previously served as a Senior Registered Nurse at Chang Gung Children’s Hospital and a TCM Nursing Training Instructor at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. With extensive expertise in clinical practice, professional education, and healthcare consulting, she is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, and high-quality care for both mothers and newborns.

In addition to her specialization in maternal and newborn care, Ms. Hsu has over 10 years of experience in infant and young child nutrition education. She has served as a dedicated Infant Nutrition Lecturer for an international pharmaceutical company, providing professional nutrition training and guidance to families, healthcare institutions, and medical professionals.

As the *Director of Nursing at Esther Confinement Care Centre*, Ms. Hsu leads the nursing team, oversees clinical standards and quality assurance, and develops comprehensive maternal and newborn care protocols. By integrating Taiwan’s advanced postpartum care philosophy with international healthcare standards, she ensures every mother and baby receives exceptional, personalized care throughout their confinement journey.
