I had a wonderful confinement experience at Esther Cheras, and this was actually my second time staying here, which already says a lot about my trust in the centre. One thing I really appreciate is that my first child was able to stay together with us, which made the transition much smoother for our family. The room is very spacious and comes with a beautiful park view, creating a calm and relaxing environment. There is also a play area in the activity room for older kids, which is a big plus for families with more than one child. The nursery nurses are very professional and experienced, and I felt completely at ease knowing my baby was in such good hands. There was truly no need to worry at all. On top of that, a pediatrician checks on the baby weekly, and a TCM physician attends to mummy every week, which gave me great peace of mind during my recovery. The customer service team is extremely responsive, friendly, and always made us feel very welcome. Any questions or requests were handled promptly and with care. They provide add-on massage services also. I highly recommend every mommy to add on visceral manipulation massage as it is especially helpful in supporting uterine recovery and overall postpartum healing. For food-wise, the portions are generous, and every meal is nutritious, well-balanced, and thoughtfully prepared, perfect for postpartum recovery. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Esther Cheras to any mummy looking for a comfortable and professional confinement experience.
