I’m a returning mummy who stayed at Esther in 2024, and I had another great experience. Customer service is very responsive and helpful—they really listen to feedback and do their best to accommodate requests. The nursery team deserves special mention (Shuhada, Atikah, Fatihah, Olive, etc.). The nurses are caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It gives great peace of mind knowing your baby is in good hands. The chief nurse, Awatif has been incredibly supportive in helping with lactation and establishing breastfeeding journey. She regularly checks in to ensure both mummy and baby are well taken care of. Meals are more contemporary rather than traditional confinement food, but still nutritious and very tasty. Ingredients feel high quality (no MSG), and I especially enjoyed the Friday special desserts and cosy hotpot. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the view is amazing. Overall, a wonderful confinement experience. Everything was well taken care of, and I would definitely return again.
