I had a wonderful confinement experience here and would highly recommend this confinement centre to all new parents. The customer service team was always friendly, responsive, and quick to help whenever I had any questions or issues. The nurses were professional, caring, and took excellent care of my baby. They also provided daily updates on my baby’s progress, which gave me peace of mind and allowed me to get the rest I needed. The food was delicious, with generous portions. I especially loved the soups, especially the fish soup—it was so flavorful and comforting. The postpartum treatments were excellent and really helped relieve my discomfort while allowing me to relax and recover well. I also appreciated the weekly visits from the pediatrician and TCM physician, both were very professional and provided helpful advice. Thank you to the entire team for making my confinement journey such a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this confinement centre to anyone looking for a caring and professional place for postpartum recovery.
